Happy Hump Day Ladies! We’re half way to the weekend! I was going to type out something about how Kent is coming home from his Army “Vacation” this weekend BUUUUUTTTT that’s literally all I’ve talked about for weeks now so I’m sure you guys are all, “Yeah Yeah we know Lady….” Haha! We’re just so freaking excited over here!
Today’s post is also going to be kind of repetitive, but I wanted to remind you girls that this is your last week to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Ok, here’s a quick recap of everything you need to know. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is one of the largest annual sale events of the year! For a limited time, you can get brand-new, just-arrived styles at super-sale prices! The Nordstrom Sale is different (and better) than most because they launch tons of their new arrivals on sale, and then when the event ends, all those sale items will raise to their full prices. The sale opened to the public on July 20 (so you don’t need a Nordstrom Card to shop now!) and goes through August 5th.
It’s such a good time to go ahead and get stuff that you know you’ll use this Fall and Winter! I have already done a few posts showing some of the jeans, boots and sweaters I snagged. So today, I thought I’d share with you a few of the items I got that are perfect for wearing right NOW! These are (mostly) fully stocked and I think everything except for my bag is under $100!
Let’s start with these ear crawlers! I first saw them on my sister in law and loved them! She said she got them at Nordstrom and I was so excited when I saw they were part of the sale! They are lightweight, they go with everything, and I just think they’re such a fun, unexpected alternative to a simple stud.
I actually can’t believe that this black top is still in stock in all sizes! It’s only $31.90 and is such a good basic! It’s perfect to go ahead and wear now with jeans or shorts, and then I know I’ll get a ton of use out of it in the coming months layered with jackets, sweaters and scarves.
These shoes were another perfect Summer to Fall transition buy. I wore them to Roman’s little Pre-K graduation this week and got so many compliments on them. They come in three colors and are so comfortable! They work with rompers, dresses, shorts, jeans etc…
I’m loving these gold-rimmed black aviators I got on sale too! My (precious) son broke the leg off my other black aviators so I’ve been wanted to find a new pair. Whenever I spend under $100 on sunglasses, the quality can be kind of hit or miss. Luckily these were a “hit” and I just love the classic vibe of them.
This Kate Spade Necklace is also fully in stock at Nordstrom but it’s not a part of the sale. Luckily there IS a Kate Spade Initial Necklace that’s included in the sale if you want to get a deal! I’ve had mine for a few years and I wear it all the time! It’s so pretty by itself for every day, or layered with some other dainty jewelry. I also think initialed items like this make great gifts!
My Jeans were part of the sale as well but unfortunately I believe these exact ones have sold out. There’s another pair though that are the same brand, super similar and still in stock! Mine are 10 inch Madewell Skinny Jeans and they still have some 10 inch Madewell Jeans in stock, the hem is just a little different so make sure you’re ok with that! I’ll link them below, along with my bag that’s also in stock, just not on sale.
