Happy Sunday Babes! I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend!

This was our third week since Kent left with the Army again. 🙁  I’ve found that the best way for me to fight the blues while he’s gone, is just to keep busy. Luckily, that hasn’t been hard to do. The weather here in Tennessee is amazing right now and Nashville has so much to do for families this time of year. I thought I’d share our Fall Bucket list with y’all today, in case you need any fun ideas to do with your Family and Friends!

Go to the Pumpkin Patch

Check Check Check!

Pull out those Fall Candles

If you guys saw my instastories last week you already know I take my candle order very seriously this time of year haha!

Make Chili

I still haven’t done this. I’m thinking I’ll make it one night this week.

Make the boys a “Spooky Breakfast”

I’m not a chef by any means. I actually kind of dread cooking and avoid it at all costs…but Holidays are the one exception I’ll make. I started making little holiday themed foods when Roman was a baby and it’s been a fun tradition ever since. Look under the hashtag #KnuthKulinary on Instagram for more ideas.

Carve/Paint Pumpkins

We opted for paint this year. I got the boys these cute kits that let them turn their pumpkins into Spiderman and Jack Skeleton.

Do the Corn-maze and Hayride at Gentry Farm

Done! If you live in the Nashville area I highly recommend going next year (it closed this week for the season). It is so beautiful out there! We played for a few hours and did the corn maze and hay ride. We had a blast!

Make a Fire and roast S’mores

We did this at my parent’s house last weekend when my Aunt was in town! The boys love it and my Mom and Dad love doing it with them.

Watch a “Scary” Movie

I think we have watched most of the age-appropriate ones I’ve found on Netflix. Any recommendations for Halloween movies for little kids? Roman has been wanting to go see “The Clock in the Walls” or “Goosebumps 2” at the movie theater and I can’t decide if I should take him or not. I read the reviews for both online but they’re mixed for younger kids. My boys don’t get scared very easily so I’m thinking we might go try one later this week…

Go to local Fall Festivals (We did Pumpkinfest and Cheekwood in Nashville)

We did Pumpkinfest and Cheekwood last week! If you’re in Nashville, Pumpkinfest is in downtown Franklin. We went with my parents and loved it. They had a really cute kid zone with bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, pony rides, face painting and a corn pit.

Cheekwood is actually where the pictures above were taken! Rocky and I went on a little day date there last week while Roman was at school. Roman got to go on a field trip with his class, so I wanted to do something special with Rocky. Both of our outfits above are head-to-toe Nordstrom! How cute is Rocky’s little fox sweater?! I always love browsing the kids section on Nordstrom.com. Not only do they have tons of awesome brands for the boys, but I can compare and shop them all in one place. Plus Nordstrom always offers free shipping and free returns so there’s no risk if I don’t love something!

Do you have any fun Family Traditions that you do every Fall? If so I’d love to hear about them and add them to our list for next year! Can’t wait to have Daddy here to check them off with us next time. He should be home for Thanksgiving!

Thanks so much to Nordstrom for sponsoring today’s post. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
