Fall Work Wear

What was your first job? Mine was shelving books at the local library. I wasn’t really supposed to talk so it was a horrible fit for me, but at least now I’m an alphabetizing/Dewey Decimal System pro. Since then I’ve been a Nanny, worked the front desk at a Pediatrician’s office, a Waitress, a Bank Teller, a Photographer, and now…a Blogger.

These days I’m not required to wear business clothes, but when I was, I always shopped for my work clothes at Express. When I worked at the bank, I remember I had two pairs of black dress pants, a gray pair, and a pair of brown ones that were all from Express. I had them on rotation and that’s the only dress pants I’d wear.

If you’ve never shopped for workwear at Express before, I highly recommend checking them out. Their dress pants have the best fit. The quality is great, the options are amazing (short, tall, regular, petite), and the prices are affordable!

Everything pictured above is from Express and it’s all 40% off today (Except the shoes)! If their sale is over by the time you’re reading this, you can use ring code 9029 for $25 off $100 in-store and online (expires 11/15/2019 Terms and conditions apply see link here). The code won’t work on sale items though just FYI.

The cami I’m wearing runs TTS and I’m wearing a medium. It comes in 6 colors and is perfect for work. It’s 40% off right now and has almost 800 five star reviews!

The shoes I’m wearing run small! I’d size up at least a half size…maybe even a whole size. Mine were uncomfortable but I think it’s just because they were way too tight.

The pants are high-waisted, and run true to size.

The trench coat I’m wearing is in the color Pecan and runs true to size. I’m wearing a medium.

The exact blazer I’m wearing is sold out. But I linked some similar plaid boyfriend blazers that would give you the same look! I’ll try to keep an eye out and let y’all know if this exact one gets restocked!

I’ll link everything out for y’all below! A huge thank you to Express for sponsoring today’s post!
