Thanksgiving Outfit Ideas

I can’t believe Thanksgiving is only a little over a week away! Even though I don’t dress up every year, I always try to look “put together”, just because I know I’ll be seeing extended family that I haven’t seen in a while, and usually taking lots of family pictures.

I’ve rounded up some outfit ideas that would be perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. I started off with the dressier looks and then they get progressively more casual. Don’t worry, they’re all food baby friendly.

First up is this little cranberry velvet dress. It has been sold out for a while but I just found it restocked here and on major sale here. I’m about 99% sure this is what I’ll be wearing for our Christmas card picture next month. The color is perfect for the holidays, and it’s nice and loose for Turkey purposes.

This little drop-waist dress is what I’m planning on wearing this year to Thanksgiving dinner at my brother’s house. I love it! The embroidery is so cute and again, it’s nice and LOOSE (key). I also like how it looks layered under this moto suede jacketI got my gold charm necklace from here

How cute is this chunky, pumpkin colored sweater? I wore it on Halloween and have been wearing it ever since. I think it’s perfect for Thanksgiving with some (stretchy) jeans. I paired it with these earrings to add a little Holiday sparkle.

I’ll call this one “Stretchy Pants Chic”. I love the idea of this outfit, because it looks pretty dressy, but honestly, it’s just glorified pajamas. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, these leggings are amazing. They’re made by Spanx so they’re super flattering and perfect for sucking everything in. They have a leathery looking finish so it makes them look dressy, but they’re super stretchy and comfortable. This faux fur vest was one of my favorite purchases from last Fall and I just found the exact one still available here.

This outfit is definitely the most casual, but it still looks cute and pulled together. Leggings + Cozy Cardigan + Flat Boots = The ultimate cozy outfit if you’re just hanging out or planning on a low-key Holiday.

The little charm necklace I’m wearing in all these pics is from here. They have tons of different charms that you can mix and match to personalize your own piece.

It’s so easy to get overwhelmed this time of year with all the things you want to do or need to do. I read a quote this week that said to “Interrupt your Anxieties with Gratitude”. Isn’t that good? I’m going to try to remind myself of that this Holiday season.

I’m super excited because my entire immediate family will be together this year for Thanksgiving and I honestly can’t remember the last time that happened. I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving!

xoxo
